Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, and who hold (or create) a Free tier account on the Freedom Video Platform. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PMBTEXAS Enterprises LLC are not eligible.
Winners are not selected at random. This is a skill/completion-based contest, run in two separate waves as described in Section 3 below. The first forty-five (45) eligible Free members to complete all three (3) of the following real, verified steps during each wave will each receive the prize described in Section 5:
Completion order is determined by the exact timestamp each member's third and final step is completed, as recorded by our system. In the event two or more members complete their third step within the same second, the earlier account creation date will be used as a tiebreaker.
This contest runs in two separate waves, with a required gap between them:
A member who completes all 3 steps during the Gap Period will have that completion recorded, but does not win a prize under this contest.
Up to forty-five (45) winners will be selected in Wave 1, and up to forty-five (45) additional winners will be selected in Wave 2, for a maximum of ninety (90) total winners across both waves. If fewer than 45 members qualify in a given wave by that wave's end date, the number of winners for that wave may be fewer than 45.
Each of the up to 90 winners (across both waves combined) will receive one (1) Minuteman tier account upgrade, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $100 each. Maximum aggregate ARV per wave: $4,500 (45 × 100). Maximum aggregate ARV across both waves combined: $9,000. No cash substitution. Prizes are non-transferable. This upgrade is applied automatically to the winner's existing account.
Winners will be notified by email at the address on file within [X] business days of qualifying. No response or claim action is required — the Minuteman upgrade is applied directly to the winner's account.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. PMBTEXAS Enterprises LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes to be fraudulent, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, or referrals that do not represent a genuine, independent individual. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
